Manav Infra Projects
These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Manav Infra Projects and its clients, contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders. By engaging in business with Manav Infra Projects, all parties agree to comply with the following terms.
Manav Infra Projects shall provide construction, infrastructure development, and related services as per the agreed contract. Any modifications to the scope of work must be mutually agreed upon in writing.
Payments must be made as per the milestones outlined in the contract. Any delay in payments may attract penalties as per the agreed terms. Taxes, duties, and other levies shall be borne by the client unless otherwise specified in the agreement.
The company will make every effort to complete projects within the agreed timeframe. However, delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as natural calamities, regulatory approvals, or external factors beyond control shall not be the liability of Manav Infra Projects.
All work shall be carried out in compliance with industry standards and legal regulations. Any defects must be reported within the defect liability period as specified in the contract.
Manav Infra Projects shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from project execution. Clients are required to indemnify the company against third-party claims that may arise due to misuse, unauthorized alterations, or failure to adhere to agreed terms.
Either party may terminate the contract by providing prior written notice, subject to the settlement of outstanding dues. In case of a breach of contract terms, Manav Infra Projects reserves the right to terminate the contract immediately without prior notice.
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding all business information exchanged during the course of the project. Any designs, plans, or intellectual property developed by Manav Infra Projects shall remain its exclusive property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
In the event of a dispute, both parties shall attempt to resolve the matter through mutual discussion. If an amicable resolution is not possible, the dispute shall be subject to arbitration as per the applicable laws.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction.
